I use a variety of approaches that address deeper-rooted pain points. My style draws on internal family systems, psychodynamic, attachment-based, and narrative therapies. I often do inner child work, and can help you process past experiences that continue to cause pain today.

I became a psychotherapist because I experienced the value of psychotherapy in my own life. I know firsthand how relieving it is to accept help and comfort while doing the brave and challenging work required to heal.
